2. This triggers an automation in your CRM to send tasks to your assistant (or you) to complete paperwork.
3. You now trigger an automated email workflow, which delivers 8 weeks’ worth of video and email onboarding messages.
4. Automation invites new client to schedule a first meeting.
5. Automation sends new client a voicemail appropriate to the engagement, thanking them for completing the form, and letting them know forms are coming. Primes the client for the next 8 weeks.
6. Changes properties in CRM we need to track (type of account, client segment, review due date) or sets tasks for your assistant (or you).
7. Send virtual assistant (or you) task to update client birthday card list.
8. Sends email to contractor to deliver appropriate thank you gift.
9. Sets up folders in my document storage system for new client, and puts documents in the appropriate folder from secure intake form.
Reminds client to schedule 1st meeting, if they haven’t already done so.
And there are only 2 points of human intervention in this process.
1) Process the new account or FPE paperwork (and possibly change some client-specific data in CRM)
2) Add them to the client card list. .
